First Community Housing plans to build 52 energy-efficient, 100% affordable apartments (efficiencies, one- and two- bedrooms) at the corner of Lincoln and Market in downtown Salinas, for seniors age 55 and over who are at 40%-60% AMI with 25 units set aside for the chronically ill.

OJK Architecture and Planning is an award-winning architectural firm that will provide a gateway building to Salinas’ downtown as part of the ongoing downtown revitalization process. Plans for the building include a green, living roof. Amenities include:
