Residential Transit Pass Program – R-Pass. FCH has initiated a pilot residential pass program, the “R-Pass” with the San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans) which provides residents of Villa Montgomery free annual bus transit throughout San Mateo County. FCH is proud that we had a part in creating this important program for our residents.
